Are these paintings reproduced digital prints??

No, all the paintings you see are original oil or acrylic paintings on canvas and signed by the artists. Once a painting is purchased, it will no longer be available from the gallery because you are buying the original painting.

Do the paintings ship with a frame??

In order to reduce shipping costs, all paintings ship as a rolled canvas without a frame.

To which countries do you ship to??

We ship to all countries on planet earth

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive??

Depending on your destination and depending whether the item you ordered is coming from our Baghdad collection or if it is available directly from our collection in Istanbul. So roughly speaking:
1- If it is directly from our Istanbul collection: estimated time is 7 to 10 days.
2- If it is from our Baghdad collection: estimated time is 15 to 21 days.

How do I pay for my order??

Orders can be made using PayPal. PayPal is a world-wide trused and secure way for paying for goods online. It’s free and quick to setup. PayPal uses your credit card to make payments which means you will not have to enter any credit card information with us.

You can also pay using Wester Union money transfers if you do not have a credit card. Although Western Union is more expensive due to the transaction fees.

How can I examine a painting before I purchase it??

If you wish to examine a certain painting, we can send you a video via WhatsApp showing you the painting canvas. Simply message us on our WhatsApp number: +905342555716.

What if my painting is damaged on the way??

If you receive a painting that is damaged, you need to do the following:
1- Immediately contact us and send us a photo of the painting showing the damage.
2- Make sure this is done once you receive it.
Once we determine that the damage was caused during shipping, a refund will be issued to you.

My shipment never arrived, what do I do??

After we contact the courier and it is determined (though very unlikely) that a shipment was lost or misplaced, we will issue you a complete refund. No worries!
